FAQ — Return Policy (LOVVES)
How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a return.
How do I initiate a return request?
Contact us from the Contact page indicating your order number, item(s), and reason. We will send you the operational instructions. Alternatively, check the Refund Information section at the bottom of the site.
Are return shipping costs my responsibility?
Yes. The return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility; the amount of the item will be refunded if it meets the return requirements.
To which address should I send the return?
Carefully pack the products to avoid damage during transport.
What conditions must the products meet to be refunded?
- The products must be intact, unaltered, and in suitable packaging.
- Any gifts/kits included in the order must be returned along with the item.
Altered or non-intact products will not be refunded.
How and when will I receive the refund?
Once we receive the return, we will verify its compliance with the return policy and then issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Banking times may vary depending on the provider.
Can I exchange a product?
Typically, we handle returns + refunds. If you want an exchange, open a request: we will check availability and provide instructions.
Returns from abroad: is there anything else I need to know?
Yes. Contact us first before shipping: we will guide you through the correct procedure for customs clearance when returning to Italy. Products purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In the case of a return from a non-EU country, only the cost of the purchased products will be refunded. Shipping costs incurred by LOVVES for delivering the package to the customer will be retained; customs duties paid by LOVVES for the return of goods within the EU will also be retained. The transportation costs related to the return are the customer's responsibility, as well as any customs clearance fees incurred by the customer.
I received the wrong or damaged product: what should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photo of the package/product. We will quickly assess replacement or refund based on the Terms of Sale.
How can I track the status of my return?
Keep the receipt/tracking of the return shipment. As soon as the package arrives and is verified, you will receive an email update on the refund.
