FAQ — Return Policy (LOVVES)
Within how many days can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
How do I start a return request?
Contact us via the Contact page, indicating your order number, item(s), and reason. We will send you detailed instructions. Alternatively, consult the Refund Information section at the bottom of the site.
Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?
Yes. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility; we will refund the item amount if the return meets the requirements.
Which address should I send the return to?
Pack the products carefully to avoid damage during transport.
What condition must products be in to be refunded?
- Products must be intact, unopened, and with packaging in suitable condition.
- Any gifts/kits included in the order must be returned with the item.
Tampered or non-intact products will not be refunded.
How and when will I receive the refund?
Once we receive the return and verify it meets the return policy, we will issue the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. Bank processing times may vary depending on the provider.
Can I exchange a product?
Normally we handle return + refund. If you want an exchange, open a request: we will check availability and provide instructions.
Returns from abroad: anything additional to know?
Yes. Contact us first before shipping: we will guide you through the correct customs procedures for returning goods to Italy. Products purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For returns from a NON-EU country, only the cost of purchased products will be refunded. Shipping costs incurred by LOVVES for delivery to the customer, as well as customs duties paid by LOVVES for returning the goods within the EU, will be retained. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, as well as any customs clearance fees paid by the customer.
I received the wrong or damaged product: what should I do?
Contact us immediately with order number and photos of the package/product. We will quickly assess replacement or refund according to the Terms of Sale.
How can I track the status of my return?
Keep the receipt/tracking information of the return shipment. Once the package arrives and is verified, you will receive an email updating you on the refund status.
