What payment methods do you accept?

Is the site safe for online payments?

Yes. All transactions occur over secure connections with encryption, and payment data is handled by certified gateways. More info in Secure Payments.

How does the payment in 3 interest-free installments work?

With Scalapay/Klarna, you split the amount into 3 equal interest-free installments: the first is charged at the shipping of the order, the second after 30 days, and the third after 60 days.

When is the card charged?

Normally at the time of the order. If you choose Scalapay/Klarna, the first installment is charged at the shipping (then at +30 and +60 days).

Can I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?

NO. Cash on delivery is not an accepted payment method.

The payment was declined: what can I do?

Check the entered data and the card limit; try an alternative method (e.g., PayPal, Satispay). If the issue persists, contact us from the Contact page and, if possible, attach a screenshot (without showing the full card numbers).

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Select Bank transfer at checkout: you will receive the details via email. The order will be processed after payment is received.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter it in the “Discount code” field at checkout and confirm. Codes may not be combinable and may have expiration dates or minimum thresholds.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Enter the billing information at checkout. If you have already completed the order, contact us immediately with company name, VAT number, and PEC/SDI for the issuance of the electronic invoice.

In which currency is the payment made? Is VAT included?

Orders on the Italian site are in Euro (€). Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
