Which payment methods do you accept?

Is the site secure for online payments?
Yes. All transactions occur over encrypted connections, and payment data is managed by certified gateways. More info at Secure Payments.
How does 3-installment payment without interest work?
With Scalapay/Klarna you can split the total into 3 equal installments without interest: the first is charged at order shipment, the second after 30 days, and the third after 60 days.
When is my card charged?
Normally at the time of order. If you choose Scalapay/Klarna, the first installment is charged at shipment (then +30 and +60 days).
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available as an exception only in Italy for orders placed via WhatsApp and carries a supplement of €5.
Payment was declined: what can I do?
Check the entered data and card limit; try an alternative method (e.g., PayPal, Satispay). If the issue persists, contact us via Contact and, if possible, attach a screenshot (without showing full card numbers).
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes. Select Bank transfer at checkout: you will receive the account details by email. The order is processed after payment is received.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter it in the “Discount Code” field at checkout and confirm. Codes may not be cumulative and may have expiration dates or minimum thresholds.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Enter billing details at checkout. If the order is already completed, contact us immediately with company name, VAT number, and PEC/SDI for issuing the electronic invoice.
In which currency is the payment made? Is VAT included?
Orders on the Italian site are in Euros (€). Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
