FAQ — My Order (LOVVES)
How do I know if my order has been registered?
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. If you don't see it, check the Spam/Promotions folder as well. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, contact us from the Contact page.
Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been sent?
If the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we can try to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately from the Contact page, providing your order number and request. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day, so we recommend contacting us promptly.
What are the preparation and delivery times?
- Preparation: orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
- Delivery: typically within 2 business days; up to 5 days for islands or difficult postal codes.

How much does shipping cost?
In Italy, shipping costs €4.90. It is free for orders of ≥ €65. See the Shipping page for details.
How do I track my package?
When the courier takes charge of the order, you will receive an email with the tracking link. From there, you can follow every update on the delivery.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if the package has not yet been handed over to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible with the new address. If the package is already in transit, we will try to request a redelivery or hold when possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, payment in 3 interest-free installments with Scalapay or Klarna, and bank transfer. All transactions are protected by encryption. See Secure Payments.
My payment is declined: what can I do?
Check your card details, available credit, or try an alternative method (e.g., PayPal, Satispay). If the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot of the error (without showing full card numbers) or try with Scalapay/Klarna.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the designated “Discount Code” field at checkout and confirm. Codes are not cumulative unless otherwise stated and may have expiration dates or minimum spending thresholds.
How does the return process work?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; we will refund the amount of the item if it is intact and not tampered with. Return address:

I received the wrong or damaged product: what should I do?
Contact us immediately from the Contact page with your order number and photos of the package/product. We will evaluate the quickest solution (replacement, integration, or refund) according to the Terms of Sale.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. Enter the billing information at checkout. If you have already completed the order, contact us promptly with the complete details (company name, VAT number, PEC/SDI) for the electronic invoice.
