FAQ — My Order (LOVVES)
How do I know if my order has been registered?
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, also check your Spam/Promotions folder. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, contact us via the Contact page.
Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been sent?
If the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we can try to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order number and request. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day, so we recommend contacting us promptly.
What are the preparation and delivery times?
- Preparation: orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
- Delivery: typically within 2 business days; up to 5 days for islands or remote ZIP codes.

How much does shipping cost?
In Italy, shipping costs €4.90. It is free for orders of €65 or more. See the Shipping page for details.
How do I track my package?
When the courier picks up the order, you will receive an email with the tracking link. From there, you can follow every delivery update.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if the package has not yet been handed to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible with the new address. If the package is already in transit, we will try to request redelivery or hold at the depot when possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, 3-installment payments without interest via Scalapay or Klarna, and bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted. See Secure Payments.
My payment was declined: what can I do?
Check your card details, available balance, or try an alternative method (e.g., PayPal, Satispay). If the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot of the error (without showing full card numbers) or try Scalapay/Klarna.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout and confirm. Codes are not cumulative unless specified and may have expiration dates or minimum order thresholds.
How does returns work?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; we refund the item if it is intact and undamaged. Return address:

I received a wrong or damaged product: what should I do?
Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order number and photos of the package/product. We will assess the fastest solution (replacement, addition, or refund) according to the Terms of Sale.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. Enter your billing information at checkout. If the order is already completed, contact us promptly with full details (company name, VAT number, PEC/SDI) for the electronic invoice.
How do I contact customer support?
You can find email, WhatsApp, and hours on the Contact page. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
