What are the delivery times?
- Italy: on average within 2 working days (up to 5 days for islands/remote areas).
- Europe: on average 2–4 working days, depending on the country.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.

How much does delivery cost?
- Italy: €4.90 per order. Free for orders over €65.
- Europe: free shipping thresholds from €160 for EU countries.
How do I track my package?
Upon shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking link from the courier to follow any updates on the delivery.
Can I change the delivery address or date?
Yes, if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier. Please contact us immediately via Contact. If the package is already in transit, we will try to request a redelivery, hold, or change when possible.
What happens if the recipient is not available for delivery?
The courier will make one or more attempts. In case of absence, a notice and/or hold may be issued. Check the tracking and the courier's instructions to reschedule the delivery.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship to various European countries. Average times are 2–4 working days. The thresholds for free shipping vary by country: check the Shipping in Europe section.
We also ship to non-EU countries.Are there periods when deliveries may be delayed?
Yes: promotions, holidays, weather conditions, or logistical peaks can extend delivery times. Always follow the tracking and, if necessary, contact us via Contact.
What should I do if the package is damaged or something is missing?
Can I choose a specific day or time slot?
Time slot scheduling is not guaranteed. After handover, some options (e.g., redelivery, hold) may be available from the courier's portal via the tracking link.
What should I do if the tracking is not updating?
Wait a few hours (the courier may take time to synchronize events). If it remains unchanged for over 24–48 working hours, contact us and we will verify with the courier.
