Yes, if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier. Contact us immediately via Contacts. If the package is already in transit, we will try to request re-delivery, hold at depot, or modification when possible.

The courier will attempt one or more deliveries. In case of absence, a notice and/or hold at depot may be applied. Check the tracking and courier instructions to reschedule delivery.

Photograph the package and its contents and contact us immediately via Contacts indicating order number and photos. We will quickly evaluate replacement, completion, or refund according to the Terms.
